A body of work focused on removing an object from its original context, and, instead, focusing on the various shapes and forms that the object may take on or create. In this particular case, a wide variety of bits were photographed against a white, studio backdrop in order to emphasize both the shape as well as the form and function of many of the objects being photographed in addition to highlighting the visual texture of the metal and the wear and tear that these pieces of equipment have endured throughout the years.
